Intake phone call lengths can vary, so we ask that you’re available to receive a telephone call 5-minutes BEFORE and AFTER your scheduled call time. Our intake worker will make several attempts to contact you before moving to another booking. If your intake interview is missed you may schedule another booking through our online booking system.
Please note: This intake appointment is by telephone and you are NOT required to come to our office.
*IMPORTANT: If you have already created a profile and do not remember your login or password, please email ask@lesleyhartman.ca and we will send you link no need to create another profile.**

Welcome to our online booking site
Intake Call
Our process of scheduling you with a therapist is done by booking a complimentary 20 minute intake telephone call with our Intake professional. This call, which is entirely confidential, is an opportunity to collect pertinent information to create your file and to match you with an appropriate therapist for your specific needs. Intake will also answer any of your questions or concerns, and place you on the therapist’s wait list. You will also be notified of his or her wait time (if applicable), as best we can predict.
