Intake phone call lengths can vary, so we ask that you’re available to receive a telephone call 5-minutes BEFORE and AFTER your scheduled call time. Our intake worker will make several attempts to contact you before moving to another booking. If your intake interview is missed you may schedule another booking through our online booking system.
Please note: This intake appointment is by telephone and you are NOT required to come to our office.
*IMPORTANT: If you have already created a profile and do not remember your login or password, please email ask@lesleyhartman.ca and we will send you link no need to create another profile.**

Please note: We’re upgrading to a new payment system in Jane, so we’re collecting updated credit card details for your client accounts. It only takes a moment, and your information will be saved securely for automatic payments for future visits. You can update your credit card information directly by signing into your Jane account, or our reception team will be happy to assist you. Please inquire at the reception desk or email ask@lesleyhartman.ca for any questions or assistance with accessing your accounts.
