Intake phone call lengths can vary, so we ask that you’re available to receive a telephone call 5-minutes BEFORE and AFTER your scheduled call time. Our intake worker will make several attempts to contact you before moving to another booking. If your intake interview is missed you may schedule another booking through our online booking system.

Please note: This intake appointment is by telephone and you are NOT required to come to our office.

I have a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Colorado Christian University and a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University.

I started my therapeutic journey where you are: as a client. Across the last 5+ years, I have seen a psychologist, counsellor, psychiatrist, and a sex therapist. I have also spent many years providing admin support to numerous diverse clinicians. My personal and professional experience help me support others looking to begin or continue their therapy journey.

When I am not connecting folks to services here at LHA, I am working as a private practice therapist in Winnipeg, Manitoba. My Top clinical special interests are ADHD, high performance lifestyle, and identity formation.
